What you’ll need:

Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.

Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB, IDB Invest, or IDB Lab.

Education: Master's, or equivalent degree, in Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Project Management or other relevant discipline: Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) certificate preferred.

Experience: At least 7 years of relevant experience, with prior supervisory experience, in the development, design, construction, operations, and maintenance of corporate facilities, including experience in managing facilities operations internationally, with a preferred focus in Latin America and the Caribbean. Knowledge of space planning and management, project and program management, business administration, including budgeting, contract administration, and feasibility studies, is required. Experience in corporate real estate functions preferred.

Languages: Oral and written proficiency in English and Spanish is required. French and/or Portuguese would also be useful.
