Consultant to coordinate and monitor the Aging Facility

What you’ll need:

• Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.
• Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
• Education: Master’s degree in public health, public policy, economics, business administration, finance, international development, social policy, or another relevant field or equivalent.
• Experience: At least of (5) years of relevant professional experience or the equivalent of education and experience.
• Languages: Ability to read, write and speak Spanish and English is required, knowledge of French is desirable.

Core and Technical Competencies:

• Project Management and monitoring skills.
• Ability to design and produce analytical reports.
• Ability for multidisciplinary work.
• Ability and willingness to work with local authorities.

Opprtunity Summary: 

• Type of contract: Consultant Full Time (CNS).
• Length of contract: 6 months with opportunity for extension up to 3 years.
• Location: Headquarters Washington DC, United States of America.
• Responsible person: Social Protection Principal Specialist (SCL/SPH).
• Requirements: You must be a citizen of one of the IDB’s 48 member countries and have no family members currently working at the IDB Group.
