  • Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.
  • Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in economics or public policy. (Master’s Degree preferred)
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of work in projects on education, early childhood development or other social sector topics
  • Languages: Spanish and English (fluent in speaking, reading and writing)

Core and Technical Competencies: Relevant experience working with micro data in education, early childhood development or other social themes (using household surveys). Great handle of Stata and preferable of other statistical and data management software. Experience collecting surveys or micro data. Excellent communication abilities, written and oral, in English and Spanish. Ability to work independently, proven leadership in research projects in social themes.
