What you’ll need: 

• Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.
• Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in pedagogy, education, psychology, or related fields. (Demonstrated equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree) Candidates with a Master, certification in e-learning will be considered positively.
• Experience: You must have at least two (2) years of experience as an instructional designer. Experience in remote education aimed at public or private sector officials will be considered positively.
• Languages: Excellent English and Spanish language proficiency, verbal and written, is required. French and Portuguese a plus.
