What you’ll need


·         Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.

·         Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.

  • Education:  Bachelor’s degree, preferably in areas related to business administration, economics, information systems or related fields are highly desirable.
    Experience:
    Candidates should have a minimum of two years of relevant experience and demonstrated capacity to grow and acquire new responsibilities.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and Spanish.

Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Bank standard software (Microsoft Office) and systems. Capacity to take the initiative to assist others and willingness to share information, knowledge and best practices.
  • Organizational Savvy and Building Bonds: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships and networks within and outside the Bank.
