What you’ll need:
- Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries.
- Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
- Education: Technical degree or studies in Economics, Social sciences or related fields.
- Experience: At least two years of experience in management of projects in social areas focused on social policy for migrant populations
- Languages: Fluent English and Spanish

Ability to communicate effectively and to exercise leadership.
