Consultancy for IT Local support at the Country Office in Trinidad and Tobago

• Citizenship: You are either a citizen of Trinidad and Tobago or a citizen of one of our 48-member countries with residency or legal permit to work in Trinidad and Tobago.
• Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.

• Education: Academic Degree/ Level & Years of Professional Work Experience: BSc. Computer Science
  • Working knowledge of ITIL processes for incident, service request and knowledge management.  ITIL certification is a plus.
  • Areas of Expertise: IT infrastructure (videoconferencing, telecommunications, routers, switches, servers, virtual machines –VMWare) PC maintenance and network troubleshooting. MS Office 365, MS Windows 7, 8.1 & 10, MS Active Directory 
• Experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience on the IT field.
  • Experience in customer support activities.
  • Experience in Project Management is a plus.

• Languages: Fluency in English, knowledge of Spanish.
