What you’ll need:

Citizenship: You are either a citizen of Bahamas or a citizen of one of our 48-member countries with residency or legal permit to work in Bahamas.
Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
Education:
Academic Degree/ Level & Years of Professional Work Experience: BSc. Computer Science
Working knowledge of ITIL processes for incident, service request and knowledge management. ITIL certification is a plus.
Areas of Expertise: IT infrastructure (videoconferencing, telecommunications, routers, switches, servers, virtual machines –VMWare) PC maintenance and network troubleshooting. MS Office 365, MS Windows 7, 8.1 & 10, MS Active Directory.
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience on the IT field.
Experience in customer support activities.
Experience in Project Management is a plus.
Languages: Fluency in English

Type of contract: Consultancy CNS modality Full-Time
Length of contract: 12 months.
Location: Country Office Bahamas.
Responsible person: ITE/ITO Team Leader.
Requirements: You must be a citizen of one of the IDB’s 48 member countries and have no family members currently working at the IDB Group.
