What you’ll need:

  
Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.

  
Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.

  
Education: You hold a Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, International Relations, Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant fields.

   
Experience: You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communication, public relations or journalism, preferably in an international institution or multinational corporation. Experience in managing multiple accounts and proven analytical skills. Experience in working with cross-functional teams. Demonstrated interpersonal, organization and time management skills.

  
Languages: Excellent writing and communication skills and proficiency in Spanish and English. Knowledge of another of the Bank's Official languages is a plus (French or Portuguese).

  
Computer skills: High proficiency with current industry standards and techniques for digital content creation, including familiarity with digital content management and measurement platforms such as Hootsuite, Salesforce, Wordpress, etc.
