What you’ll need:
- Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries.
- Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, information technology or another related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in a Change management and/or Corporate Communications and Client/User Experience.
- Languages: Perfect command of Spanish and English
Core and Technical Competencies:
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management Tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Communications skills:
- Interpersonal Skills.
- Excellent writing/editing, for digital use.
- Ability to develop, analyze and articulate project issues.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
