Case Specialist - Independent Consultation and Investigation Mechanism

What you’ll need: 

• Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.

• Education: An advanced degree in social sciences, Master’s degree in Law, Environment, social sciences, or related field.

•  Experience: Demonstrated 7 years of work experience in the implementation and compliance review of Environmental and Social Safeguards, as well as in environmental and social issues applied to IDB Group financed projects and operations, and/or in the field of sustainable development, with special focus on the LAC Region, an asset.

• Languages: Full command of Spanish and English is required -strong oral and writing skills are a must in both languages where full command is required. Knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is desirable.
