What you’ll need:

  • Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries.
  • Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in public administration, law, economics, business administration or related field.
  • Experience: 4 years of professional experience providing operational support to a development project or grant. Prior work experience with the Caribbean and with an international organization such as the IDB preferred.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is required.

Opportunity Summary: 

Type of contract: Product and External Services Consultant (PEC), Retainer

Length of contract: 195 days in a 12 months period.

Location: Place of residence and missions to be calculated separately through an amendment to the contract.

Responsible person: Sector Sr. Specialist of the Fiscal Management Division, in close coordination with the Science, Technology and Innovation Division and the Compete Caribbean Partnership Facility in the Institutions for Development Department.

Requirements: You must be a citizen of one of the IDB’s 48 member countries and have no family members currently working at the IDB Group.
