What you will need:

  • Education: You hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Project Management, or other relevant field. Training and certification in agile methodologies and/or Project Management certification are highly desired.
  • Experience: You have at least four years of relevant experience in project management, portfolio monitoring, budgeting, corporate management, and reporting. You are a proficient user of Microsoft Office tools, diagramming software such as Visio, and SharePoint. You have experience with data and business analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI, with service management systems such as ServiceNow, and with enterprise systems such as SAP. Knowledge of relevant IDB Group policies, procedures, systems, databases, and management processes will be an advantage.
  • Languages: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents. 
  • Consanguinity: You have no family members working at the IDB Group (up to the fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse).
