What you’ll need:
- Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.
- Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience: 2 years of progressively responsible experience relevant to the duties and responsibilities of the position.
- Language: English and Spanish are required. French and Portuguese are desirable.
Core and Technical Competencies:
- Thorough experience in the use of SAP system for budget monitoring and procurement contracting. Microsoft Power Point and Excel, survey data analysis and presentation skills.
- Data reporting, basic statistics and analytics tools as well as budget planning.
- Highly skilled in Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Knowledge in the use of SharePoint, ezShare, OneDrive, Teams, Concur, among others.
- Project coordination/management
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
- Strong analytical, creative and critical thinking and, problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent customer service and time management abilities.
- Result-driven
- Ability to create and/or implements standards of excellence for products and services ensuring consistency, accuracy, reliability and efficiency. Continuously seeks new ways to make processes run smoother and faster to enhance outcomes.
- Strong organizational skills.
- High degree of initiative, proactivity and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work both independently and in a dynamic team environment.
