- Education: Bachelor´s Degree or Equivalent in Economics, Political Science, International Development or other Social Sciences
- Experience: Two years of relevant professional experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- Languages: Fluent in English and preferably knowledgeable in Spanish
Core and Technical Competencies: Professional experience with education. Experience systematizing data and writing findings. Understanding of IDB procedures. Additional preference will be granted to ability to use a statistical software package, such as STATA.
