What you’ll need:

Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.

Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.

Education: Academic Degree/ Level & Years of Professional Work Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Psychology or related field required. Master’s degree preferable.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of sourcing/recruiting experience with a demonstrable track record in an agency/search firm environment and/or at a full-life cycle recruiting role for a variety of functions in an international development. You are able to manage multiple projects at a time.

Languages: Excellent written and verbal skills in Spanish and English (additional knowledge of Portuguese and French is a plus)

Opportunity Summary: 

Type of contract: International Consultant (CNS)

Length of contract: From 12 to 19 months.

Location: Headquarters, Washington D.C, United States of America.
