What you’ll need:

Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.

Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.

Education: You hold at least an Associate’s Degree

Experience: You have at least 4 years of experience in an administrative assistant position in a high paced environment and experience working with executives in a multilateral development bank or in the service industry is highly desirable. You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Hyperion, communication technology and doing Google searches.

Languages: You are fluent (oral and written) in English and Spanish. You can draft clear and articulate emails
