What you’ll need:
Citizenship:
You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.
Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
Education: You hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Accounting or related field. U.S. CPA license is preferred. CPA may be considered in lieu of a Master's degree, provided the candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
Experience: You have at least eight years of relevant professional experience in accounting and financial reporting. Progressive experience in a Big 4 public accounting firm and/or technical accounting policy functions at financial institutions and multilateral organizations preferred.
Languages: You are proficient in English and in a second language of the Bank (Spanish, Portuguese, and/or French).
