What you’ll need:

Citizenship: You must be a citizen of one of the  IDB’s 48 member countries and have no family members currently working at the IDB Group.  We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.

Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.

Education: Technical degree and/or equivalent and at least two years of relevant professional experience.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience on the IT field. Experience in customer support activities. Working knowledge of ITIL processes for incident, service request and knowledge management. ITIL certification is a plus.

Languages: Proficiency in written and oral English and at least one other of the Bank’s official languages (Spanish, Portuguese, or French) is required.

 

Core and Technical Competencies:

  • Windows Active Directory, MS Windows 10 clients, MS Office 365.
  • PC maintenance and network troubleshooting.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Willing to learn and keep doing it continuously.
  • Communication skills.
  • Proactivity and Creativity are a plus.
  • Empathy and Active listening are a plus.
