IDB Lab Consultant (LAB/IEN)
What you’ll need:
- Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.
- Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB, IDB Invest, or IDB Lab.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent program, in areas related to business administration, data management, international relations, or communication, in an accredited university
- Experience: At least two years of relevant professional experienc
- Languages: Proficient in at least one of the official languages of the Bank (English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French), preferably with a working knowledge of a second one.
Soft skills:
- Proactiveness in communication with team members
- Logical thinking
- Attention to detail
- Willingness towards problem solving
Technical skills:
- High-level in Excel (strongly comfortable with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.)
- Experience in visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) systems, such as Salesforce.
- Quick and flexible in learning how to use new software/platforms of IDB Group for the client relationship management or operations management, etc.
Opportunity Summary
- Type of contract and modality: Consultant full time.
- Length of contract: 12 months, with the possibility of renewal.
- Location: Washington DC, U.S.A.
- Responsible person: IDB Lab’s IEN Unit Chief of IDB Lab.
- Requirements: You must be a citizen of one of the IDB’s 48 member countries and have no family members currently working at the IDB Group.
