What you’ll need:


Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.


Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.


Education: Master’s degree or equivalent Licenciatura/advanced degree in economics, finance, business administration or another relevant field. A Ph.D. is desirable.

Experience:


Minimum of 10-12 years of relevant professional experience in the areas of partnership and resource management from external partners, as well as technical cooperation and fund oversight in administration.


At least 7-10 years at the senior leadership level in terms of leading the deployment of technical assistance and co-financed resources as well as client management involving fiduciary obligations. Experience in managing multi-disciplinary and/or cross-sector teams and recognized as a leader and authority among peers in his/her specific discipline.


Deep understanding of IDB Group’s strategies, priorities, and regulations in the operations and corporate areas.


Languages: Proficiency in at English and Spanish; knowledge of Portuguese and/or French is a plus.
