What you'll need
- Education: Master’s degree in business administration, Financial Management, Accounting, Human Resources, Operations Management, or other fields relevant to the responsibilities of the role
- Experience: At least 4 years of experience in the management of human resources, budgeting, accounting, corporate management, and general administration.
- Languages:
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proficiency in another Bank language (Spanish, Portuguese, and/or French) is desirable.

Requirements
- Citizenship: You are a citizen of Barbados or a citizen of one of our 48-member countries with residency or legal permit to work in Barbados.
- Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to the fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB, IDB Invest, or IDB Lab.
Type of contract and duration
- National staff contract, 36 months initially, renewable upon mutual agreement.
