What you’ll need:

Education: Master’s Degree or equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Management, Human Resources or related areas.

Experience: At least three (3) years or relevant experience in administration in a similar environment. Knowledge of relevant IDB Group policies, procedures, systems and databases, administrative and management processes and experience working with financial audits would be an asset.

Languages: Proficient (oral and written) in Spanish and English.
