Skills you’ll need:

Education: You hold an advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering or another related field.

Candidates with the following certifications and/or post graduate qualifications are preferred:

Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC),
International Information Security Management Standard, (ISO 27001 and ISO 22301)
Operational Risk Manager (ORM) certification.
Financial Risk Manager (FRM)
CISA, CISM, CISSP, COBIT or MCSA

Experience:

You have at least 4 years of relevant professional experience performing operational risk management, as it relates to information security and information technology, in an international multilateral institution, commercial or investment bank, regulatory agency, financial services provider or international firm.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have experience:

• Developing and implementing information technology and information security risk frameworks.

• Working with the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission (COSO) framework evaluation and IT control testing.

• IT web and cloud cybersecurity.

• Applying project management best practices to information security and technology risk projects and operational risk strategies.

• IT Policy, Audit, Compliance, Risk and IT Management Standards, such as ISO/IEC 27001 and 27002, System and Organization Controls (SOC1, SOC2), Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), and Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (COBIT) .

• Defining and evaluating data privacy, data protection policies, and data integrity controls.

• Using Microsoft tools: Excel, Power Point, Word, and VISIO.

• Experience with AWS, Azure, CASB, DevOps, Agile, ITIL, COBIT are a plus.

Languages: You are fluent (oral and written) proficiency in English and Spanish. Knowledge of an additional Official IDB Group language (Portuguese and French) is a plus.

Opportunity Summary:
