IDB Invest - Information Technology Officer / Associate Officer

Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. Candidates with a Master’s degree will qualify for the Officer Level. Candidates with a Bachelor degree will qualify for the Associate Officer.

Experience: 

• At least 5+ years of relevant professional IT experience required.
• Experience working in an International Financial or similar organization is strongly desired.
  

In addition, we are seeking candidates with:   

• Familiarity  with business process modeling tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication, analytical, facilitation, and process modeling skills. 
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a dynamic team environment. 
• Technical Skills: Strong background in Agile Methodologies (Scrum / Kanban), Web Services and REST, C# .NET, Java, PHP, JavaScript frameworks, Design Patterns (MVC), Object Relational Mapping, Relational Databases, Git. Agile: ScrumMaster certification is a plus

Additional experience required for the following areas:

• Corporate Solutions - At least 5+ years of experience in the support or implementation of financial applications and ERPs. Knowledge of the following technologies would be considered a plus: PeopleSoft Financials and/or SAP, FIS Advanced Commercial Banking System (ACBS) and/or LMS, and Hyperion.
• Operational Solutions - At least 5+ years of experience in the support or implementation of highly integrated applications that lead a full life cycle of business processes. Knowledge of the following technologies would be considered a plus: SharePoint, Oracle BPM Tools, AngularJS, MS Dynamics CRM.
• Data Solutions - At least 5+ years of experience in the design, support or implementation of data integrations to build data warehouse and other data integrations. Experience building business intelligence and analytics solutions to deliver high value to clients. Knowledge of the following technologies would be considered a plus: SQL Server and Oracle databases, Microsoft SSIS, Microsoft Power BI, R language.
