Consultancy for Coordination of Inclusive Retirement Savings Project
What you’ll need:
· Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.
· Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB Group.
· Education: Master’s degree or equivalent in economics, public policy, public administration or related discipline.
· Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in project management, preferably in the fields of financial inclusion, behavioral economics and/or labor markets in LAC. Experience coordinating projects with private and public stakeholders. Knowledge of and experience in the application of qualitative and quantitative social science research methods
· Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages are required.
Core and Technical Competencies: Highly developed planning, execution and analytical skills, ability to work across functions, strong problem solving and consensus- and network-building capabilities. Ability to work independently and in a team, to draft high-quality documents and meet deadlines.

· Responsible person: The Principal Social Insurance Specialist, Labor Markets Division will be responsible for the supervision of the contractual. The IDB Lab will be actively supporting the implementation of the program and the supervision of the Operational and Research Support Contractual
